1. Service Description

Market Minter is an AI-powered marketing operating system for small businesses and solo founders. The platform provides SEO tools, content generation, GEO visibility analysis, phone AI, chat widgets, and WhatsApp business automation.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Market Minter offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or access non-public APIs
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or scripting
  • Use AI-generated content in ways that violate OpenAI's usage policies
  • Send unsolicited messages via WhatsApp or SMS features

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Market Minter belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Market Minter's software, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI is provided as suggestions and drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Market Minter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
